Personal Leadership Statement: How would you characterize yourself as a leader? Where are you in your leadership development? Include concepts discussed in class and reference to Northouse leadership inventories and instruments.  The personal statement will be 2-3 pages in length—see Leadership statement requirements/guidelines.

Chapter Presentations on Bolman and Deal “Reframing Leadership”.  The chapter presentations will be assigned as groups.  Each group will be assigned chapters to present for discussion.  The discussion will be 20 minutes and relate to the film, Mona Lisa Smiles and module 3 readings.
